Chicken Kievs - how best to recook the day after?

Got some chicken thighs out the freezer Wed night to defrost in fridge. DP told me yesterday morning he wasn't going to be around for dinner, but I had to cook the chicken that evening anyway, so I went ahead and made the kievs.

What would be the best method for cooking them again tonigh? Oven or microwave?

Definitely oven-microwave will give you soggy breadcrumbs and rubbery chicken. I am now craving chicken Kiev despite the favt it is breakfast time...

Oven - or fry them.

Thank you! Did them in the oven and they were fine. Don't know why I got so concerned about this - I'll reheat chicken pie in the oven without thinking about it, but for some reason the kievs flummoxed me!
