Hello ,
I tried making chocolate soufflé and setting it with powdered gelatine. The first time I made it, I didn't add enough gelatine. The second time I made it, it did set but then bubbles where formed in the soufflé. Kindly guide me how to use powdered gelatine. Any advice appreciated.
