don't mind doing real onions but love lazy chilli and lazy anchovies

Tesco also do chopped frozen onions which are v useful.

FANTASTIC idea. I spend so much time with my eyes stinging and watering when I am cooking. I think I am particularly sensitive to chopping onions as it never bothers dh but I am sometimes incapable of opening my eyes for quite a while while chopping them which can be hazardous to say the least

s a child my eyes would start stinging if I was in the next room and my mum was chopping raw onions.

Will definitely try those.
