Blender ideas - energy foods needed

I've been feeling really sluggish recently and I want to start eating high energy foods.

I have an amazing blendtec blender but guess what I hardly ever use it.

Why is it my juices don't taste as good as the ones in the shop?

Anyway I want to start eating for energy so any yummy juice ideas or soup ideas let me know Grin

Do you like gazpacho type soups?

Traditional: tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, garlic, small amount of bread soaked in water, salt, vinegar, olive oil, chilled water or ice cubes.
Can be thinner or thicker depending on whether you drink it or eat with spoon in which case you add chopped bits of vegetables used.

Watermelon gazpacho: As the previous one but substitute most of the tomato for watermelon.

Green gazpacho: Avocado, cucumber, spring onion, garlic, salt, vinegar, olive oil, chilled water or ice cubes. You can add spinach, green apple etc

Salmorejo gazpacho: Tomatoes, bread soaked in water, salt, vinegar, olive oil, a little bit of chilled water
This is a thick gazpacho garnished with chpped boiled egg and serrano ham or egg and tuna. Quite filling.

Melon gazpacho: Melon, cucumber, green pepper, onion, salt, vinegar, olive oil. Serve with melon balls and serrano ham.

Melon avocado gazpacho: As the previous one but also add avocado. Would need more water as the avocado thickens the texture. Mint or basil may be added

I had a nice smoothie recently - milk, vanilla icecream (you could leave this out), banana and peanut butter.

Lentil soup - carrots, sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, turmeric, chilli, ginger. Cook until softening. Add red lentils, coconut milk, water. Cook until soft. Blend.
