Apart from bread, what do you use strong flour for?

I've found a couple of bags of strong flour at the back of a cupboard. I make bread but was wondering what else I could make with it. I know I could google but would be interested to know what people use it for more successfully than ordinary flour. Thanks

I use it for heavy cakes like cinnamon rolls and I make doughnuts with it often

Anything that needs yeast. As mentioned, cinnamon rolls. Pizza dough, Danish pastries (the ones that have yeast in). It can be used in cupcakes too, there's no discernible difference tbh. Bagels.

Thanks both. Would usually use strong flour for anything requiring yeast, interesting that ok for cupcakes, wouldn't have expected that.
