Clearly the man has no idea of the difference between mushy peas and pea puree. If he ever served me his version of mushy peas I'd send them back!

dh loves Heston Blumenthal because he is so geekily interested in food

he spent like an hour the other night making steak with an iceberg lettuce salad, obsessing about the details - like food porn

I'd rather watch 24 hours of him than watching Gordon Poncing Ramsey loving himself in his flash suit shrieking at people for 2 nanoseconds

at least Heston is interested in the food rather than his own cock

What grates is the hysterical press reaction to these folk.

All the more bizarre when you consider most people haven't a clue how to cook anymore.
