Mine is: Monday bavette steak with roast veg Tuesday Arroz with mushrooms and chicken Wednesday lunch leftover roasted veg on a socca base with feta, supper chicken noodle soup Thurs potato and aubergine bake Fri lunch noodle soup, supper brisket chilli with guac, black beans and salsa. Saturday lunch aubergine and tomato sauce with polenta pancakes and spinach salad, supper chicken, leek and mushroom pie Sunday lunch watercress soup, supper probably a quick meal like courgette carbonara
Today- lasagne and salad ( dh favourite) Tomorrow- slow cooked red pepper and paneer curry Tuesday- salmon chowder Wednesday- egg fried rice Thursday- pizza , kale and onion, goats cheese and spinach and pepperoni Friday- miso soup with noodles, pork and lemongrass meatballs and tender stem broccoli .
Absolute crap this week as dd is away and I use it as an excuse to indulge in disgusting loveliness of pork pies, ginsters pasties, supernoodles etc. Last week was Gammon roast dinner Chicken parmigiana Dd had leftovers, I had crisps! Spanakopita and salad Chicago pizza pie Fried rice topped with fried egg and Indonesian crackers 4th July meal - ribs, wings, Mac and cheese, wedge salad, sweetcorn salad, bacon barbecue beans, rolls, coleslaw Tonight is leftovers, I have a fridge full of food from yesterday.
Monday : Cheats Lasagne (basically a bolognaise sauce with macaroni cheese on top) Tuesday: Gammon joint probably with an onion sauce and roast potaotes Wednesday: Chicken and ham pie or cold ham and salad depending on what the weather is doing Thursday: DH is post-nights so will need something easy to eat - Soup and a pudding Friday: No idea yet!
