I'm sorted for sides and sauces, but would LOVE a fool-proof BBQ recipe for a big piece of meat. So not burgers, but a joint of something or even a chicken. I'm having to serve lamb on Saturday evening because I don't have time to cook anything else and I have a large pot of tagine in the freezer which will do. There are 4 adults and 3 children aged 3 and under (but can easily feed the kids sausages / chicken portions from BBQ).
So maybe, not lamb but perhaps pork or beef on the barbie? Help!
