Muscovado Meringues with Lime Cream and Mango

Just found this recipie in a Nick Nairn cook book and can't decide if it will be gorgeous or vomit making, what do you think?

And if you think it will be gorgeous, what do you think of making it as a pavolva type thingy?

Sounds lovely, and I'm not a "pudding person". I'd do it as a big pavlova - it's a lot less faff than doing individula ones. Good luck. Let me know how it turned out. I have a couple of Nick Nairn books, but I've not cooked much from them at all. It all looks so complicated compared to, say, Jamie and Nigella.

Sounds lovely. Another vote for one big pavlova here - then you can cut people as much or as little as they want, and they don't have to eat (or waste!) an individual portion. Think one big pudding looks nicer too - individual ones can look as if you're trying too hard

It is one of his easier recipies, I haven't cooked anything from his books yet, definitley too much faff for most of them
