Just tried this - she made it look so easy and tasty! It was awful! You had to put the rice, the pumpkin and the chicken stock in the oven for 30 minutes - well after 30 minutes the rice and pumpkin was rock hard, so i tried another 15 and still hard - in the end i transfered it to a pot and cooked it off on the top of the oven - i kept having to add liquid as it was drying out. Just wanted to let anyone know if they where thinking of trying it - it looked to easy and healthly!
