Floral flavoured chalky small sweets

I have been trying to remember the name of sweets from my childhood and to buy a certain type for my friend to cheer her up.
They were floral tasting sweets, chalky, about the size of an oval paracetamol, came in pastel colours and in a small box.
Can anyone remember their name or where I might buy them from???

No, I remember them - they were different colours, not just purple. But haven't seen them for about 30 years

Yes! Floral cachous!
Just been looking online though and they seem as rare as hens teeth!
Anyone know if / where I could get some from ( am guessing online)?

They're the floral gums CD but thank you for looking.
It's the chalky ones I'm searching for; I'm making them sound so appetising!!

Think Fizzers are what you are describing, they are the multicoloured parma violet type sweets anyway so hope it helps

In England you can sometimes get the cashous as alphabet letters in those retro sweet shops. In Scotland, you can get Oddfellows or Aromatics which are a bit bigger, and have spice flavours.

Ross's of Edinburgh have the Oddfellows and Aromatics here

I think you might be better looking in independent chemists rather than sweetshops. They seemed to have been sold as breath fresheners rather than as sweets

Superdrug used to sell them in the 90's

Yeah maybe so, but….. maybe not 🤷‍♀️.

A question was asked & the answer is provided as I believe is quite normal.
