So I made fish cakes for my baby using Tuna, bread crumbs and an egg then fried them off in a little oil. Can these be frozen and if so how do I cook them once defrosted

You can freeze them before frying, or bake them in the oven if you have already cooked them.

I have already cooked them confused so just defrost and cook in the oven until hot ? And next time make them and freeze without cooking, defrost and fry? Sorry am a lost soul at weaning and cooking

I breadcrumb and fry mine, then cool and freeze individually and cook from frozen (like a fishfinger). They take about 20 mins from frozen in the oven. I found the they went soggy if I defrosted them
