A question of timing ....

... I've found a Delia recipe for teabread in which she uses 2 x 1lb loaf tins but I want to use 1 x 2lb loaf tin. She cooks her 1lb cakes for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs. how long do you reckon I should give 1 x 2lb cake? BTW, contains 1lb flour and 24oz fruit if this makes any difference.

if you following the recipe the same as otherwise just check it at the hour and a half point then take it from there
