I haven't yet been able to find a recipe that sounds ideal. I need the meat to be melt in the mouth as dd has oesophagus problems. We enjoy flavoursome seasoning/ herbs but aren't a spice loving family really.
Recently did a chicken and that was ideal, sat on a bed of veg with lemon and herbs- and that went down a treat.
