We're having left over chicken with pasta and mayo for lunch on Monday, and want to add something to the mayo to give the dish some flavour.

What should I add that will go with the chicken? Any ideas welcome xx

Pesto and some sun dried tomatoes.

Are you having it cold? If so I'd add basil and some cherry tomatoes. Or some red onion, chilli flakes and rocket leaves.

Eek, I don't have any of those in, might pop to the supermarket tomorrow though if the snow has cleared a bit more.

I have a spice rack, so hoping to use something from that.

Lemon (juice and zest) and a bit of tarragon, fresh, not dried
Pesto and sundried tomatoes will be nice, too, but not with mayo

Ha! I have chilli flakes! Not used them yet. Now I can.

Yes, I'm eating it cold smile

We're having a roast chicken for tea, so using the left overs smile

Mix the chicken with the mayo and add some curry powder and apricot jam or mango chutney - coronation chicken.

Mayonaise, ketchup, a little horseradish, finely chopped spring onion, finely chopped celery, a few drops lemon juice, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper

Mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, Dijon mustard, herb of your choice, salt.

Mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, chopped apple, chopped walnuts, lemon juice, salt and white pepper

I'd drop the Mayo. Gently fry some garlic and chilli in olive oil, add chicken and pasta.

Tarragon and some grapes.
