On Saturday cooks Gino DiCampo stir fried the pork with honey & soy sauce so it went sticky coated & then did a stir fry thingy to go wit it. The green beans, baby corn & onions would go nice with it

Have you got any brown sugar? The darker the better? That's a reasonable substitute for honey - and I would add a but ot ginger and some spring onions too. Especially good with the carrots and green beans, I would stir fry it all from raw on a really high heat with half olive oil and half butter, adding the sugar/ginger/some fresh chives first and then stir the soy sauce in shortly before serving.

I'd just use a tablespoon of white sugar and a bit of black pepper then (some lemon juice if you have any lemons? Otherwise a splash of water), stir fry it all until it's sticky and starting to go brown, and then douse it all in soy sauce and stir it in. It'll still be lovely - pork, green beans, carrots, baby sweetcorn - it'll be nice whatever you do really.

Meatballs - grind with onion, garlic, egg, bit of bread, make a simple tomato sauce, eat with spaghetti. Freeze extras.
