Ok, so I need to know how to do them without it being a big fail.

Tell me your methods. Do I use olive oil or something else? Should they be slightly smashed/chopped up or left whole?

You're dealing with a culinary idiot here.

I thank you.

To do mine, I leave them unpeeled and pop them in a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of any oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of oregano and a generous sprinkling of sea salt. Toss them around until they are well coated and pop them in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 - 45 mins. Delicious Smile

Very similar to nbee, but sometimes use rosemary, mixed herbs or herbs de Provence. You could use a few chilli flakes for a bit of a kick.

How did they go?

I do this all the time. I use a freezer bag as it's less messy

Fantastic! I did them with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. So easy! Thank you all.
