Has anyone got a good, quick pasta sauce recipe?

A tub of Creme Fraiche, a couple of teaspoons of pesto, tin of butterbeans and bit of grated nutmeg all mixed together and heated on the hob whilst pasta cooks.
Mix together with pasta and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts

Heat some olive oil and butter, add a tin of tuna and 'mash' it. Add some chopped fresh parsley, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix with pasta.

(could add a couple of anchovies too if you like them)

Whisk an egg with some double cream, set aside and boil pasta. Meanwhile fry small pieces of bacon.
When the pasta is done, drain and then add a knob of butter, bacon and egg/cream mixture. The heat of the pasta should cook the egg.
Can grate parmesan over the top.
Carbanara is so quick its brill, not such a healthy one though

Probably obvious, but when you combine it all, make sure that you stir it in completely

I just chop and throw whatever veggies I have in a pan (onion, peppers, courgette, aubergine, tomatoes, corn, garlic, mushrooms, etc.) and cook until soft. Then I stir in a jar of passatta and when warm, stir in creme fraiche. Sometimes have it chunky as it is or may blend it to make a smooth sauce. For DH and DD I serve it with pasta and homemade meatballs.

Not a sauce but staple diet in our house.

Fry leek and courgette in wok/frying pan, then add mushrooms continue to fry, add basil and cayenne pepper (if liked).

Stir in cooked pasta and grate some cheddar so it melts - yum!!!

Kids like it too - we take some out before adding the cayenne (bit hot for them!) and whizz it before adding the pasta (all the veg without them knowing!)
