Pork rashers, ideaa?

I have some thick streaky pork rashers (not bacon, but slices of pork - belly I think?) for tea tomorrow. I was thinking of something oriental, any ideas?

I tend to cook pork belly with lentils, puy are good. Make a nice stock with onion, carrots etc its really nice
