chicken thighs

I have:

Chicken thighs
Chicken stock
Tomato puree
Dry wine

Could I chuck this onto a slow cooker and get a really nice meal from it?

Also have herbs etc..... dont use SC much. Need to!

How did it turn out? My slow cooker stuff is often v runny despite not adding extra liquid. I read a tip about leaving the lid open for the last half an hour & that really helps reduce the sauce if needed.

Smells ok. But I prefer the smell of a packet mix!

Should be alright. Next time combine half tea spoons of salt, pepper and thyme and maybe paprika and rub it into the meat before putting in the slow cooker for more flavour.

Great! Thank you. Just added cornflour to it. Looks better once thickened!
