I need a recipie for chicken that will feed about 30 and can be frozen plese!!

dh and I have decided to have a New Years eve party. My plan for food is to do two big casseroley type things, one veggie one chicken, jacket potatoes, and crusty bread.

As I'm veggie and have been for years I'm no quite sure what to cook for the carnivores, thought of coq au vin but think all that red wine may knock the cost up a bit.

Want to make it in advance then I dopn't have to mess about too much on the day.

Any suggestions?

chicken chausseur. chicken thighs, onions & mushrooms, then you could even cheat and use the colmans sauce mix (its vrey nice) then this could be cooking slowly in the oven til you want it
