Pheasant ideas

I have a pheasant it's been shot, plucked, gutted hung for me. What's the best way to cook it? can I treat it like chicken? We are on a tight budget after christmas.I have roast dinner trimmings to go with it although,I think I may of run out of gravy maybe I could use the juices. Ideas welcome please.
