Shred/chop finely and chuck it into a carbonara? I always freeze chunks of Christmas gammon just for this purpose. Sautéed with some chilli & garlic it works with lots of pasta dishes

Shred it and serve it as pulled pork with salad, pittas and potato wedges.

Meat and veg dinner
Sandwiches
Omelettes
Make a pie with chicken and mushrooms and leeks
Serve with egg and chips Grin
Chop fine and use as dog treats
Boil it and use stock to make squash and sweet potato soup
Slow cook it and then just slowly pick away at the delicious tender falling apartness of it

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Cook it in the slow cooker with a can of coke then make a cheese fondue and get some fancy breads in - lovely!

Or I love it with a celeriac dauphinois, so make a potato one but replace the potato with slices of celeriac and apple - so lovely I'm going to bung a gammon on in homage

take a couple of slices off and fry them as bacon. it will probably be the best you've ever had. Pan needs to be pretty hot to avoid any dampness.

Grin Tiggy, maybe you could knit it in to a nice pair of socks.
Is it cooked already ?
If not I recommend slow cooking it in brown sugar or cider.
Don't know how you usually do it though or what you have with it, we have broccoli and cauliflower cheese.

Use some of the left overs to make a ham puff pastry slice:

Ready rolled puff pasty, spread with caramelised onion chutney, scatter over the small pieces of ham, then any herbs (thyme / sage / parsley etc) and lay slices of cheese on top - we like brie or camembert but you can use whatever you like.

Bake in a hot oven till golden and crisp and the cheese is bubbling. Serve with salad - delicious! I always make this at Christmas!
