I know technically I could but will they taste nice has anyone ever done this, I looked online and they all seemed to be recipes. I literally want to just bung em in the slow cooker

Why on earth would you bother, when you could cook them in the oven in 20 minutes?

I'm sure you can cook them in the slow cooker, but they will be all soft and horrible, rather than roasted and crispy on the outside.

Yeah I suppose you're right I just don't have a very big oven and was trying to think of something I could just bung in there.

Urrgh! Bouncy soft sausages. Yuk. Stick them in the oven or grill.

Whatever meat you may be having will need resting for at least the time it takes to cook sausages.
