Urgent! How do I know when my stollen is baked?

I'm making a fruit-free marzipan stollen. It's in the oven right now. I couldn't find a recipe, so I cobbled something together from different recipes. But I don't know how long to bake it for. The recipes range from 40min to 90min!

Does the bread test (tap on the bottom and if it sounds hollow it's ready) work on stollen?

Do you have an appropriate thermometer? An internal temperature of 205 degrees Fahrenheit (96 C) is done.
