Flavoured fudge recipes

Just wondering if anyone has any good flavoured fudge recipes? I found this www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3148690/vintage-vanilla-fudge but I've never made sweets before, so I don't know how to alter it to make eg, chocolate/mint (which DH loves). I have a sugar thermometer en route so I'm getting ready to use it!

Hmm, stealth chilli. Could be worth a crack! I made a baileys chocolate fudge tonight and I think it's going to be good. Just hope the nursery teachers like the goodies too!

I make this every year - I see from the comments that they have changed the quantities so I would stick with the original one which has been copied into the comments section
