Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
Just DH & I on 25/12 & we are having rack of lamb. Anyone got a good sauce to go with it, as will deffo roast spuds & want something to moisten them.Moistening spuds sounds a tad rude, but I am sure YKWIM !
Try something fruity like a redcurrant sauce
Make a gravy flavoured with rosemary and redcurrant jelly
YY to redcurrant, rosemary sounds like a good addition too.
Think redcurrant will be the way to go - not going to be able to make a true gravy as is such a small, fast cooking piece of meat.
