I think my breakfast would be buttermilk pancakes with blueberries & yoghurt.

Still mulling about lunch and dinner, but Ottolenghi tomato couscous is a contender for lunch.

No one?

Breakfast would be something from: muesli/banana/raspberries/porridge with full fat milk, then seedy toast with real butter, smoked salmon, grilled tomatoes, scrambled egg and mushrooms. And a pain au raisin. Yum. With a strong latte and some freshly squeezed orange juice.

Lunch might be roast beef and horseradish or chicken tikka sandwich. With diet coke.

Dinner, hmm, can't decide, I think it would involve salmon again, maybe swordfish with jacket potato and lots of salad and olives. Or some great pasta with a garlicky sauce. With a glass of very cold white wine.

Favourite pudding would have to be be jam sponge and custard smile

Lunch: something vegetarian and Indian including rice. A biryani, or tarka dahl. With yogurt and loads of fresh coriander. Sparkling water with lots of ice and a slice of lime.

Dinner: roast shoulder of lamb, roast potatoes and parsnips, braised red cabbage, peas, maybe another veg like roasted leeks, proper lamb gravy and mint sauce. One large glass pinot, one large glass merlot.

Yes, one pudding too. That's what started me off thinking about this!

The dinner is stumping me a bit, need something that I'd enjoy in warm and cold weather.

I think my pudding would be Black Forest trifle cake. Cream, chocolate and fruit, would suite every mood.

Breakfast - Granary bread, with avocado, wilted spinach, mushrooms and a cheesy mustard sauce (it's like hollandaise but no egg!) with a vegetarian best of british sausage smile Latte.

Lunch - Pizza and a nice salad (lots of avocado!) Chocolate. Water. Latte.

Dinner - (steamed) Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms (saute), raw red pepper in a cheese sauce with battered and deep fried Halloumi (newly found 'must have'!) and mushy peas. Chocolate pot. Wine.

But I could only have one or two of those each day - or bits from each! and I would, of course, suddenly start hating all of the above and craving anything 'no longer available' grin
