I would have thought that was no way long enough for the meat to have properly cooked. Yes it will be cooked through but it would be fairly tasteless and quite tough.

No offence but that sounds bland as he'll. mince is also really greasy of yku don't brown off first so a bland greasy sloppy mess.

far better to do it over a couple of days if you havent got time or just wait until you do have time

If you're going to use a jar of white sauce, you may as well just buy a ready meal. Those jars are full of processed crap. I'd rather wait till I have time to actually cook!

Ew, no thanks.

I made lasagne last weekend and it took hours but was worth every second. Not worth doing unless properly.

Sounds bloody awful. I'd rather take the time to cook a proper lasagne than do that. If pressed for time I'd make something else.

Lasagne doesn't actually take that long to cook in terms of 'doing'. It's mainly the sauce bubbling away doing it's thing and then sitting in the oven. Making the meat and white sauces isn't that labour intensive. I'm afraid I'd be concerned the meat wasn't cooked op in 30 minutes.
