Vivaldi potatoes, cut up fairly small, very quick par boil then roasted in olive oil.
Thinnish cod fillets lightly wrapped in smoked streaky bacon laid on top of the potatoes for the last 20 mins cooking time.
Some roast cherry tomatoes and fresh green beans as sides.
