Do you have milk, flour and fat and an oniion? Maybe some frozen peas, sweetcorn or mushrooms or some other old veg lying around?
I'd turn it into a chicken pie and to hell with the don't re-heat for a secondd time guidline. I usually ignore that kind of thing, and we're all still alive at Tywysoges Towers.

of course you can reheat it!

make a nice stock with all the bones and meat boiled up with water, few peppercorns, salt, spoonful of vinegar. add some celery, carrots, garlic and onions too.

cook for at least 4 hours so all the goodness leaches out from the bones.

when done strain soup and add back bits of meat and cooked garlic & carrots.
if you want you could puree carrots, onions & garlic and add to stock for a thicker soup.
add some thin Chinese egg noodles (cook separately or in stock for few minutes)

delicious and almost medicinal in this weather!smile

my rule of thumb is you can cool/heat food 3 times

my grandma & mum did/does the same. never had food poisoning from home cooking!

I make soup from cooked chicken, so that's heated twice.
if any left I reheat 3rd time next day and eat it. then chuck any that's left.

you could just freeze some of the meat for one more use next time!

then buy some tortillas, chop up cucumbers, spring onions and grate some carrots& cheese.
heat the chicken in the oven with bbq sauce squirted all over it - then serve it as is, assemble tortillas at the table.
my kids love this.

you can use other combinations - anything really, (think pizza toppings!) so sweetcorn, pineapple chunks, soured cream, mushrooms etc.

ooh another easy one pot meal is cooked rice that you mix with the heated bits of chicken, pineapple chunks and garlic cream cheese. broccoli on the side.
