WWYD with avocado dishes apart from plonking avocados in them?

My DGM has decided that what I'm missing in my life is avocado dishes and so has given me all 6 of hers. It's a lovely thought and they're lovely things, 1970s, still boxed.

I loathe avocado. The texture alone makes me want to throw up. I'd like to use the dishes but they're such an odd shape! Any ideas?

Serve nuts and small nibbles in them.

Individual desserts? Small servings of soup as a starter? Arranged around a fondue set with each bowl full of different things to dip in the fondue?

Nice ideas :) They're quite small but I guess a small elegant dessert or nibbles could work

If you don't think they can be put in the oven, I've also seen an instant version of these where you buy a tetra-pak carton of a chocolate mixture which you just have to heat it then pour the mixture into individual dishes and allow to set. Can't find a link for those though.
