I'm making a chicken pie (my first attempt)When I out all the ingredients into the pie dish, how do I use the puff pastry?Do I put it on the top of the pie dish or over the top of the ingredients?
Yes, that's exactly what you do. Cut a piece a bit larger than the dish as it will shrink a little in cooking.
Over the pie dish I mean. Depending on how wet your pie is it will be a little soggy if it's pressed onto the pie mixture
Thank you so much!I hope it turns out ok, my v v fussy 20 month old would need to eat it!
Homemade pie is a v. Popular dinner request for my toddler! It was last night's dinner and I keep picking at the leftovers in the fridge!I hope it's yummy.
