Making homemade chicken nuggets.

Have mixed chicken bvreat that I made into a mush in blender and mixed with bit of stewed apple and garlic and cheddar cheese.

just about to coat them in breadbrums.

Do I need to coat them in flour and then egg?

It's late.
Minimum effort required.

Can I leave out flour and go straight to egg then bread crumbs?

surely the egg bit is just for the "sticky-ness" .... creme fraiche .... something like that ... shouldn't change the taste ... ( much )

COURSE it's not BLOODY tested ....

yes put them in fridge, they'll be firmer and easier to egg and breadcrumb too. do the flour as well it will help or they really might fall apart - i am wrorried too wet with apple and all.
