Tart lemon curd?

Really love tart lemony taste and would love to find a brand or supplier of a tart rather than overly sweet lemon curd. Any ideas or recommendations please?

It is really easy to make...

Put grated zest & juice of a large lemon / 2 smaller ones, 75g sugar, 2 large eggs and 50g of butter in a bowl over simmering water - stir using a whisk until it goes thick.

I am told it lasts a week in the fridge...... just not in our house.

If you want home made without the hassle (though it really is easy to make and I say that as a crap cook) then check out your local country market. They nearly always do proper lemon curd, in small pots so it doesn't go off.

We like Waitrose Duchy lemon curd...I've made my own but I'd rather not Smile there's something about all that sterilising that turns me off.
