how to cook frozen burgers (homemade)

Hi

I made some burgers a little while ago and froze some, what's the best way to cook them from frozen so they stay moist and don't overcook?I fried them last time but would love to put them the oven if possible if it won't dry them out

Thanks

I'd defrost them in the microwave first and then fry them. Never tried cooking burgers in the oven but I assume they'd be fine.

Ok thanks that's very helpful I didn't know I should defrost first. Our grill is a bit useless otherwise I would definitely try grilling. Thanks!

Thank you, they were indeed about an inch thick!I defrosted in the microwave and then fried and just made sure I drained them well. They were very nice indeed :D

Thanks all!

Our butcher does thick homemade style burgers.

From frozen I fry them while the oven gets up to 180 then bake for about 20min.
