Beef casserole with dumplings

How do I make the dumplings please?

I use Atora.

Mix with water and flour as per the instructions on the box. I also season and add chopped fresh herbs.

Shape into dumplings and pop on top of stew. Cook uncovered for the last 35-40 mins of cooking time.

Dumpling mix - so easy and cheap!
It's with bread mixes etc in the supermarket

No it won't be smooth. There's recipes out there that use butter too.

Frozen, then grated butter is the ticket for dumplings if you don't want to use suet or because vegetarian suet is yack wink
