Can I roast them in a glass oven dish rather than a metal roasting tin? Does it make a difference?
If you get your glass dish and fat/oil really hot before you add the parboiled potatoes you should be OK and your potatoes shouldn't stick.
What cogito said! I put my dish with oil in into the oven to heat up whilst I'm parboiling the spuds. They still come up lovely and crispy.
