Make some cheese straws or anchovy twists with the puff pastry and have them with a G&T while the chicken is cooking.

Yep! I bashed them with me rolling pin and rolled them up with the ham and cheese in the middle, like a Swiss roll. Turned out really well thank you. I froze the pastry for another day.
