Help! Have a pile of defrosted pollock portions to use

....and no idea what to do with them, not much money, and three hungry dcs who will be looking for lunch in a couple of hours. Ideas/ inspiration please!

Make a cheese sauce, pour it over and bake them?

Bread them and fry? Fish and chips? With peas

It depends what else you have in but you could steam them with some ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce & lime or lemon juice.

Or make breadcrumbs with a tsp of paprika and coat them before baking. Dip in beaten egg, then flour, then breadcrumbs.

Or line up on a baking tray, put a dash of lime/lemon/orange juice on each one, top with sunflower seeds and grated Cheddar and bake.
