Freezer door left open - what can I save?

Hi,

My husband left our freezer door open last night. I have about 40 pots + some ice cube trays of puree (approx. 10 recipes) for my 7 month in there that I made over the last couple of weeks. It is partly defrosted but not fully.

Do I need to bin it all or is it okay to keep still? I made it all up as have a very busy couple of weeks ahead so won't have much time for cooking for my little one but obviously don't want to put him at any risk.

Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance!

I'd only keep what i could use over the next two days i.e. today / tomorrow.

Any adult food thats raw could be cooked and then frozen.

Cook any raw meat and then re-freeze.

For the purées put them in the fridge and use within 24 hours of when they fully defrost. I wouldn't chance re-freezing them for a baby but would with peas/sweet corn for adults.

Use the baby stuff up today for baby but can you use any for adult or older kids meals?

Thinking add stock and seasonings to veg puree to make soup for lunch or a pasta sauce : pureed fruit could be eaten with ice cream or made into a crumble.
