Soup - is it possible to salvage this?

So I made soup this weekend, and seem to have been a bit heavy handed with the celery. It's been deemed inedible by my kids, although DP has stoically ploughed through a couple of bowlfuls. Is it possible to transform what's left? Can I add something to it to reduce the overpowering celery taste? If so what? TIA for your suggestions!

Something to neutralise- potato chunks then blend?

Or to add a new flavour entirely- chilli and carrot?

Add risotto rice and some extra stock and cook for about 15-20 minutes, then stir through a bit of grated Parmesan
