What am i going to do with all this milk. I have an extra 4 pints, what can i make it into?

could you freeze some of it? Cheese sauce, custard, rice pudding, milkshakes, etc

Lasagne - for the sauce.

Rice pudding.

Apple pie and custard.

Take it into work?

What's the use by date?

Make it into one big bechamel sauce then freeze in a couple of portions to use over the next couple of months.

And I second the idea of custard - love custard!

Ooh soda bread-might be rather a lot with 4 pints! But it is paast its sell by date so that suggests scones too.
