Fish Pie Help

Just made a quick fish pie as the fish needed using up. I want to use it on Saturday for lunch. Shall I freeze it before it goes in oven to finish off? Then do I defrost on Sat or cook from frozen?

I'd freeze as soon as it's cool. Then take out freezer sat night and it'll be all good to go on sun.
