I've seen this recipe from BBC Good Food recommended on Mumsnet several times, and I'm pretty sure posters have said it freezes really well. Can anyone tell me how they freeze it- do you freeze it rice and all? Also how do you reheat it without drying it out?Apologies for the lack of a link, I'm on my phone.....
Yes, freeze leftovers rice and all in tupperware or leftover chinese containers... I would just microwave to defrost/reheat, adding a splash of tomato juice if it seems dry. I would use water if we didn't have tomato juice open in the fridge.
