anyone know if you can buy these? They were out for a while, big advertising campaign then they disappeared. Strangely delicious.

I googled and they were called Flipz (made by the dreaded Nestle) apparently. Doesn't ring a bell but I was too busy eating them to remember what they were called. Have rellies in the US - will be asking them to bring them in Sept when they visit!

Eat salted pretzels at the same time as lindor chocolates - closest I've managed to get since they disappeared off the shelves over here.

Do your own, big bag or pretzels and a bowl of melted dairymilk, just dip and munch....heaven .

I thought these were normal in Germany or something.

I'm currently hooked on a lovely bread from borough market that's got figs and apricots in it, but also rosemary and salt. Mmmmm.

I don't really get these (a bit like chocolate covered peanuts shudder)!

anyway, if you are in London, and happen to fancy a visit to the finest football club in London (or just fancy a trip to Chelsea/Fulham Palace Road ) - go to FUlham Broadway tube and as you come out of the tube and into the shopping centre, just ahead/slightly to the right is a take away pretzel place that does them dipped in chocolate (and all sorts of other things like sugar, cinammon etc.)

Are they giant pretzels? Or little ones? And are the choc-dipped ones salty? Or just sweet?

tbh, I don't have a sweet tooth so I don't go near them. The kids have them! The pretzels are big ones (so my kids get one big one each).

THey seem to have specials on - so when we last went they had the chocolate dipped ones and the time before that, they had the cinammon dipped ones. I'm sure you can get the other types (sugar etc.) aswell but I never really looked that hard.

(will probably be going there in the next few weeks so I can check for you)

I do the chocolate fondue with the little salty pretzels.

have just looked it up and it is called Auntie Anne's Pretzel shop - I think if you are American, this will apparently mean something. If you look under store locator and click on international locations, it will show you where they are in the UK.

God, they were delicious. Why can't we get them here anymore?

I was hunting for those a while back... was thinking nestle too.

I'm liking the chocolate fondue + salty pretzel plan
