I shred it and steam it. You can then add a touch of nice olive oil at the end, and mix it all.

Shred it. Fry some bacon bits and onions, add shredded cabbage, bung lid on to steam it. Eat. Yum.

Sounds gorgeous with bacon and onion - should have said that I don't eat meat though. Oops. I've got Feast - will have a look.
