Any lovely ways to cook it to go with Sunday dinner?

I shred it and steam it. You can then add a touch of nice olive oil at the end, and mix it all.

Dry fry? Red hot pan...crispy and yummy. Could add pine nuts too...

Shred it. Fry some bacon bits and onions, add shredded cabbage, bung lid on to steam it. Eat. Yum.

I am with tango.

Sounds gorgeous with bacon and onion - should have said that I don't eat meat though. Oops. I've got Feast - will have a look.

Ratti - I usually do what you do but with butter and lots of black pepper.

Shred, cook, drain and then stir in butter into which you've mashed crushed coriander seeds & garlic
