Lamb roast- how long?

neena28 · 05/06/2006 16:34

Have bought lamb but can't find any times anywhere for roasting it...

Have got about 500 grams (1lb 1oz)

Could anyone tell me how how long I cook it and at what temperature for it still to be a bit pink in the middle but cooked.

Thanks

Sounds about right as it's a smallish piece you've got.

Hope you've got plenty of rosemary and garlic! It will smell fab whilst in the oven. Drool........

Thanks all I hate it to be honest but lamb is dp's favourite!
Was yummy according to him and ds so will have to take their words for it.
Did smell lovely though, mercy! Very domestic goddess in the kitchen for a while there, I even set the table properly so dp must think I'm playing away! Wink
