I've got a recipe for Brie and cranberry, I've got redcurrant jelly in the cupboard can I use that instead? I've never eaten either as I don't normally do sweet and savoury.

Absolutely fine :) I never buy cranberry sauce and use redcurrant with turkey/brie etc because our allotment keeps us in redcurrant jelly for the year.

We always keep red currant jelly in too for same reasons. Will do the job just as well.
